As you walk into the room you feel every eye on you and you know why. You’re stronger, you’re more fit than you’ve ever been, you sleep better, and you’ve gained a ton of confidence. All these things are because you signed up for the Strength & Sculpting class.

Build strength and sculpt your body using a combination of body weight movements, calisthenics, pilates, high­intensity interval training (HIIT) and traditional strength training. Specific exercises and movements will be altered to fit your skill level. Sign up today!
