At one time, you stood in front of the mirror, sighed heavily, and decided it was time. Now you stand in front of the mirror and see muscles. Lots of them. Strong and lean. That’s what you are now.
This class combines strength training through calisthenics and traditional weight lifting with kickboxing, boxing, and muscle fatigue combinations. You will learn proper technique for striking and build core strength that will continue to help you progress toward your fitness goals.
